Choose the screen and mounting arrangement together. A display needs compatible mounting hardware, a suitable load rating and enough space for the screen. A monitor shown in a product image is not proof that the mount or screen is included.
Four details to have before you compare
- Screen model and diagonal size. Record the model number so you can check the manufacturer's mounting instructions.
- Screen weight without its tabletop stand. Compare that figure with the supported load for the exact mount and display configuration.
- VESA mounting pattern. This is the spacing between the mounting holes on the rear of the screen. The pattern must be compatible with the mount.
- Mount position and orientation. Confirm the supported placement and whether your intended landscape or portrait arrangement is allowed.
Included and compatible mean different things
A display may support an optional monitor accessory without including it in the selected package. If your budget must cover mounting hardware, use “Monitor mount included” in the finder and enter the screen details when prompted. Review the package's Included list before choosing.
The mount's own rating is only part of the check. The supporting panel and complete assembly must also permit that screen and mounting position. Do not transfer a rating from another kit or a similar-looking bracket.
Leave room for the presentation
Mark the screen, counter and viewing position on your booth plan. Check whether the screen will cover a headline or key graphic. Plan the cable route and confirm the event's power arrangements before placing the order.
Check what travels separately
A display case does not automatically provide transport protection for your monitor. Account for the screen, cables and any separate mount parts when planning your load. The display package's packed weight should not be assumed to include a screen you supply.
Before you choose
- Match the exact screen to the supported load, VESA pattern and mounting arrangement.
- Confirm whether the mount, screen and cables are included or separate.
- Use the setup instructions for the selected display and mount.
- Check replacement graphics around the mount position if you plan future reprints.
Open the display finder and add your monitor requirements, or explore WaveLine Media configurations. Package contents vary by model.
Does a trade show display with a monitor mount include the screen?
A mounting bracket and a screen are separate items. Check the package’s Included list; do not assume the monitor in a photograph comes with the display.
Will a monitor mount fit any screen of the same size?
No. Diagonal size alone is not enough. The screen’s weight, mounting-hole spacing, orientation and supported mounting position must all match the display and bracket.

Start with a complete package that includes the mount
The WaveLine Media 10 ft Kit 02 includes a WLM-P-58 monitor bracket, two printed panels, two spotlights and a case with counter top. The screen is separate. Its inclusion list gives you a starting point; your screen still needs to match the supported mounting arrangement.
Compare 10 ft display packages with an included monitor mount. Add your screen’s size, weight and mounting-hole spacing to check the details that a simple “monitor compatible” label leaves out.
