How to Find Replacement Graphics for Your Trade Show Display

Match a replacement graphic to the exact frame model and printed-side configuration you own. “10 ft display” describes a size category; it does not identify the graphic that fits your hardware.

Start with three details

  1. The product line and exact model. Use your original order, frame label or setup instructions. Keep the layout name for multi-panel displays.
  2. The printed sides. Confirm whether you need single-sided or double-sided graphics. A change in message does not automatically mean you need a different print configuration.
  3. The panels you want to replace. Identify whether the listing is one graphic or a set. A multi-panel display may need several separate artwork files.

Use the matching replacement on your display page

Open your complete display, select the configuration that matches your frame, then use its Replacements section. When a matching graphic is listed, the link opens that specific option. Check its Included list before ordering; replacement graphics do not include a new frame.

Start with the frame you own
Display What to check
WaveLine 10 ft Straight Match the straight model and the single-sided or double-sided option. A curved or S-curve frame is a different model.
WaveLight 10 ft Lightbox Use the replacement for this backlit model. Check the listed graphic package and its template.
Infinity DNA Pro 10 ft Lightbox Match the printed sides and review the graphic set included in that option.

Can I use a graphic from another 10 ft display?

Do not choose a graphic by nominal width alone. The exact frame, shape and graphic configuration need to match. Similar product photographs are not enough to establish compatibility.

Where do I find the artwork template?

Open Artwork and templates on the matching product page. Use the template for your selected configuration and check how many panels require artwork. Assembled display dimensions are not a substitute for the artwork file’s dimensions.

Should I replace the graphic or buy a new display?

If your existing frame still suits the layout and has the hardware you need, compare its matching graphic price with the cost of a complete replacement display. If the next event needs a different size, backlighting or a monitor mount, use the display finder to compare complete packages for those requirements.

Browse replacement graphics, or compare display systems before choosing a new frame.

Changing the printed sides as well as the message? Read single-sided versus double-sided trade show displays before selecting the replacement configuration.
