What is included in a complete display?

A complete display includes the frame or supporting hardware and the printed graphics for the selected configuration. Cases, lights and other accessories vary by package. Check the Included and Not included lists on the product page before ordering.

Does a 10 × 10 display fit every 10 × 10 booth?

The size category is a starting point. Compare the display’s actual width, depth and height with your event’s rules, then allow room for people, furniture and any accessories. A nominal booth size is not a guarantee that a particular layout is approved.

What does single-sided or double-sided printing mean?

Single-sided displays present your printed message on one side. Double-sided options provide printed graphics on both sides. Back panels, graphic counts and frame construction differ by system, so choose the exact print option shown on the product page.

Can I add a monitor to any display?

Monitor support depends on the display and its mounting hardware. Select Monitor mount included in the finder, then enter the screen’s weight, size and mounting pattern. A compatible mount must be included in the selected package to meet that requirement; the monitor itself is separate unless explicitly listed.

What should I check if I travel with my display?

Look beyond the assembled display weight. Check packed weight, the number of cases and each closed case’s dimensions. For flights, compare those details with your airline’s baggage limits. For driving, check the vehicle’s loading opening as well as the space inside.

Can I order new graphics for a display I already own?

Replacement graphics are sold separately from complete displays. Match the exact product line, frame size and print configuration; similar-looking frames can require different graphics. Use the linked replacement option for your display when one is available.

How do I compare costs across several shows?

Choose two or three displays in the finder and open the comparison. Adjust the number of shows and full graphic replacements, then enter any other costs per show that apply to your plans. Missing costs remain unknown, and the comparison is not a shipping or tax quote.

Is artwork review and proofing included?

Yes. Free artwork review and a digital proof are included with every printed display. We check the file against the matched template, bleed and safe areas, image resolution, fonts and linked graphics. You approve the proof before production begins. If the design itself needs changes, we explain what must be corrected; original design or redesign work is separate.

If a delivered graphic has a production error or does not match the approved proof, contact us with photos so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Changes to customer-approved content may require a new graphic order. See the Return and Refund Policy.

When do I need to order for my show?

Enter the show date and delivery ZIP in the finder. It works backward from a target in-hands date and shows a recommended order-and-artwork deadline allowing one full business day for proofing and 7 business days from artwork approval through delivery, plus a pre-show buffer. Delivery usually takes 5 business days after approval; the extra two days allow for transit delays. Shipping time is already included.

The result is a conservative planning estimate, not a carrier guarantee. Tight dates, holiday schedules and deliveries to an advance warehouse or show venue need written confirmation before ordering.
