Custom-printed displays and graphics
Displays printed with your artwork and replacement graphics are made specifically for your order. They are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once custom production has begun.
This restriction does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible.
We will check the order’s status and explain the available options. A cancellation request does not automatically stop production or shipment. Any accepted cancellation and applicable refund will be confirmed in writing.
Changes to custom printing may no longer be possible once production begins.
Non-custom hardware and accessories
Contact us before returning unused, non-custom hardware or accessories. Return eligibility depends on the product and its condition.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and explain any applicable shipping costs, fees and refund terms before you proceed. Do not send items back without written authorization and the correct return address.
Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items
Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.
Keep the original packaging while we investigate. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
Artwork and approved specifications
Review spelling, images, dimensions and print configurations carefully before approving production. Changes to approved artwork or specifications may require a new graphic or replacement order.
Screen previews do not guarantee an exact printed color match. This does not limit claims involving a production error or failure to meet specifications expressly agreed in writing.
Refunds
We will notify you when a refund is approved and issue it to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears in your account.
Any cancellation, return or refund rights required by applicable law take precedence over this policy.
