Use the exact artwork template linked on your product page. We review every submitted file and send a digital proof for approval before production begins.
Start with the matched template
- Download the template for the exact display and print configuration you ordered.
- Do not resize the template or substitute the assembled display dimensions for the artwork dimensions.
- Keep artwork inside the marked safe area and extend backgrounds through every bleed area.
- Hide or remove template notes, guides, dielines and specification layers before export.
Prepare the print file
- Build and export color in CMYK.
- Use High Quality Print PDF settings.
- Aim for 72–125 ppi at the final printed size.
- Outline fonts or embed them completely.
- Embed linked images and check that no links are missing.
- For a deep neutral black, use C20 M40 Y60 K100 unless the matched template states otherwise.
Name and preview the files clearly
- Include the display or template name, project name and panel or version in each filename.
- When a display uses multiple panels, identify every panel clearly.
- Include a separate JPG or screenshot labeled “proof” so content and panel order can be checked quickly.
What happens after checkout
- We send artwork-submission instructions.
- We check the file against the matched template, bleed and safe areas, resolution, fonts and linked graphics.
- We flag anything that could affect print quality or fit.
- We send a digital proof. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Artwork review and proofing are free. Allow one full business day for proofing. After proof approval, normal production and delivery take 5–7 business days.
