Choose a tabletop display when your event setup centers on a table and you can spare some of its surface for branding. Choose a floor banner when the table needs to remain open for conversations or materials. A full backwall makes sense when you have enough assigned floor space for both the structure and the people using it.

Which format makes the best use of a small space?
| Format | Where the branding sits | Main tradeoff |
|---|---|---|
| Tabletop display | On the table, above your materials. | Uses table depth and can reduce the open view between seated staff and visitors. |
| Floor banner | Beside or behind the table. | Preserves the tabletop but needs clear floor space for its base. |
| Floor backwall | Behind the whole presentation. | Provides a larger graphic area but needs its full footprint and a usable gap for staff. |
A nominal 6 ft display does not establish that it fits safely on every 6 ft table. Compare the assembled width, foot placement, depth and load with the actual support surface. Rounded or curved frames can use space differently from straight frames. Check the event’s total height limit with the display standing on the table, rather than measuring the display alone.
What can I use on a table without electricity?
The WaveLine 6 ft tabletop display uses a push-fit aluminum tube frame and zippered printed fabric. The graphic itself needs no power. The package includes the frame, tabletop feet, selected graphic and carry bag. The table, table cover and lighting are not included.
Choose straight or curved shape and the printed-side option before comparing prices. A double-sided print is useful only if visitors can see the back; it does not add another frame. Keep literature, samples and any laptop in the space remaining in front of the feet.
When is a backlit tabletop worth considering?
The WaveLight 5 ft backlit tabletop is a starting point when an illuminated brand graphic is part of the presentation. Its listed package includes the lightbox frame, printed backlit graphic, internal LED lighting, tabletop feet and carry case. A table and table cover are separate.
Confirm power access and the cable route with the organizer. Leave enough usable table surface for your actual work; a glowing backdrop is not a replacement for a demonstration area. Compare the graphic treatment and setup needs in our backlit vs. standard fabric guide.
When should I move the graphic off the table?
For sign-ups, consulting conversations or hands-on samples, preserving the tabletop may be more valuable than filling it with a backdrop. The 24 × 89 in WaveLine banner offers a narrow vertical message on a separate floor base. If the event allocates a wider presentation area, compare the 8 ft straight backwall.
Neither choice should encroach on a walkway or neighboring space. Draw the table, all display feet, chairs and standing positions to scale before ordering. Avoid making an aisle-facing graphic readable only from a position visitors cannot use.
How should I compare the complete cost?
Include the chosen print option, table or rental, cover if needed, optional lighting, carrying protection and shipping. Do not compare a graphic-only price with a frame-and-graphic package. A carry bag is useful for handling the listed display; it does not establish airline acceptance or protect every additional item you bring.
