Free artwork review and a digital proof are included with every printed display. We check your file against the matched template, bleed and safe areas, image resolution, fonts and linked graphics, then send a proof for approval before production.

PDF export
Use High Quality Print. Outline text and embed images in the PDF.
Image resolution
Aim for 72–125 ppi at the final printed size.
CMYK color
Prepare colors in CMYK. Recommended rich black is C20 M40 Y60 K100.
Artwork only
Hide template and specification layers before exporting.
Clear file names
Include the template name, project, and panel or version in each filename.
Content preview
Include a separate JPG or screenshot labeled “proof” for content checking.
